Faces in Focus recognises that it has a responsibility to young people, workers and Management Committee to work in a way that eliminates discrimination. The ultimate aim of this policy with regard to employment practice is to ensure that Faces in Focus has access to staff of the highest quality. This means staff should be
Faces in Focus has the capacity to make a contribution through the resources at its disposal. However, those resources are limited and have to be targeted at priority areas. Those priorities will be determined by the results of the monitoring that will be carried out as part of a commitment to equal opportunities. This document will take the form of a statement on intent on equality of opportunity, followed by a rationale and suggestions for implementation. This will set out the relevant legislation, followed by a suggested policy position where no such legislation exists the document will set out Faces in Focus policy.
