Our management committee

Faces in Focus is a community sector organisation with its own unique identity. The organisation annually elects a Management Committee that is responsible for the management of the organisation as a whole.

The Management Committee takes ultimate responsibility for the work of the organisation, the financial situation and for the management of its human and other resources. There are a wide range of decisions that need to be made to ensure the successful operation of the organisation.

The business of the Management Committee is to ensure that the organisation formulates policies, oversees the implementation of such policies and exercises sound financial control.

Members of the Management Committee are responsible for:
